Sam and his team are very professional and kept us informed of problems encountered during the replacement of two roofs, giving clear recommendations on how to best proceed. Very pleased with the final results and the bill wasn???t too painful either. Highly recommended.

Sam and team carried out a repair on our roof which was leaking. This involved removing a decorative box structure at the apex and replacing it with tiles. They did a great job especially in matching up the new tiles with those on the original roof. Sam was always helpful and pleasant and offered good advice right from our initial meeting to identify what the problem was through to the repair completion. Highly recommended.

I???ve been very satisfied with this local company. Sam has done two repairs on my roof and chimney recently. I???ve found him trustworthy and helpful explaining how he would complete each job before the work was undertaken. I wouldn???t hesitate to use this company in the future and would wholeheartedly recommend them.

Sam Dunning at East Coast roofing did an excellent roof repair on my property in Feb 2025. I rang him about the initial problem and he came out to check it within one day, going onto my roof and surveying the issue and checking the entire roof. His explanations were clear and helpful and, as this would be the second job he had undertaken I had no doubts about re-employing him. This is an excellent, trustworthy company and they will do a great job for you.

East Coast Roofing have installed two new roofs for us now, and we use them for work related projects. We wouldn't use anyone else. Their attention to detail, polite and calm manner and excellent knowledge base mean the project is always safe in their hands. They are a roofing company you can trust on every level. We wholeheartedly recommend them for projects of any size.
