Reviews

Sadly, I need to leave a negative review. We had lead work done on our chimney in November last year. From what I can tell, the work itself was completed well, and they helped fix an issue caused by another roofing company. However, the scaffolding has been left up for three months, and despite numerous calls, messages, and promises, it has not been taken down. This has left us in a frustrating situation, especially as we are trying to move house. If the scaffolding is removed, we will gladly update this review, but in the meantime, we are stuck with a problem we don???t know how to resolve. EDIT: It was never resolved, I strongly recommend finding a more trustworthy builder.

I had a new roof fitted on my pvc porch with guttering and a down pipe. George was quick to give me a quote for the work which was very reasonably priced. He managed to complete the work that same week so no waiting around. Very good communication throughout and very professional. George and his colleague worked hard and completed the job quickly and professionally. All mess was cleared away promptly and left everything tidy. Highly recommend George thank you

I needed a specialist roof finished off on my extension as well as guttering, and George and the team did a fantastic job. I was concerned I wouldn???t find someone who has used the roof materials before, however it was no problem for him and they completed it without any problem and ensured we were happy before they left. I would highly recommend them!

We contacted Southern group for a new roof on our house and a flat roof on our garage. They made it very simple for such a daunting task as we have never done this before. They took the stress out of the situation and were very efficient. The guys were very polite and kept it very tidy all the way through the job. We can't praise them enough many thank guys.

George has been fantastic ever since he came round to view the work of the roofers who badly botched fitting our new roof. He took photos of all the shoddy and damaged areas of work and provided a breakdown of what needed doing in order to fix the mess. He has been in touch a couple of times to check how we are and see whether the old roofers and the scaffolding has been taken down. He really helped and reassured us during a difficult period to which we are immensely grateful.
