Recently had a roof repair on a complex roof in a conservation area. Jack from Mid Sussex Roofing gave highly detailed explanations of the work required, options and pricing. He provided photographs and drone footage to aid decision making. The finished work looks immaculate. Hopefully it will still be the same 20 years from now. Many thanks

Obtained several quotes for a total reroof of our bungalow. We were looking for an NFRC accredited company to ensure that standards were adhered to. MSR's quote was, by far, the most comprehensive & realistically priced. Following f2f meetings and a number of email exchanges with a very patient and knowledgeable Jack, we gave MSR the contract. The work of Jack and his team of roofers was impeccable. Jacks' logistics were first class with everything on site at the right time and in a logical order. Continuous dialogue meant no need to progress chase, which was quite refreshing in this day and age! We would highly recommend MSR.

Jack and his team were a breath of fresh air during a very stressful time. They were polite, respectful, and communicated clearly, with face to face and email updates throughout the project. Their work was reasonably priced and of the highest quality, and completed within the promised time frame. We???re delighted with how it looks, and the house is warmer already. It also gives us peace of mind to know the work is covered by insurance and building regs, and that we can contact Jack if we ever have questions in the future. Thank you! ????????

After having several roofers let us down by not even turning up to quote as they had promised, we were very lucky to be given a recommendation for Jack and mid Sussex roofing . Jack turned up to look at our roof leak issue and we immediately knew he was an expert in his field and gave us great confidence that he knew how to fix our leak . A detailed quote was emailed over very quickly just before Christmas and we were given a realistic estimate as to when the work could start in 2026. Weeks of rain meant Jack could not start until late February but we were regularly emailed or sent a text to keep us updated . Jack and his team did a brilliant job and we are very confident they???ve finally solved our problem at a great price . They were very tidy and the job was completed with two full days of hard work . I would definitely recommend Jack and his team

We couldn???t be more impressed by the work of Jack and the team. Owing to their methodical approach, they managed to replace our roof and fit new velux windows in trying weather conditions, keeping to the time and cost originally agreed. The whole team were friendly and very courteous, which was hugely appreciated. They even managed to keep the parking wardens on side! Thanks Jack. The new roof looks fantastic; definitely the right colour!
