I had a leak coming through my chimney so contacted Pimlico. From my first conversation with Charlie I felt at ease and trusting of him. He came round to do the free investigation and quote which was competitive with the other quotes that I sourced. I chose Charlie and Pimlico to do the work because Charlie was very professional, informative and friendly. Charlie arrived to do the work with his colleague Matt and was very thorough, efficient and informative. He fully explained what the problem was, took photos and said what he was going to do to repair the issue. Once the work was completed Charlie mentioned that there was a broken tile which he would repair for us during the week free of charge which was much appreciated. Charlie has been very communicative, punctual and professional throughout the whole process and I would have no hesitation recommending Charlie & Pimlico to anyone. I would rate them 5 STARS and am grateful for a job well done. Thank you

I have used Pimlico Home Improvements Ltd for work on my roof and exterior rendering over the last year and have always found them to provide great advice without pressure. Charles is highly focused on good customer service and has always made sure to get back to me promptly and have the work done as quickly as possible. He also provides a lot of background information when explaining the work he recommends so I fully trust his recommendations.

I recently had chimney work done on my property, and I couldn???t be more pleased with the results. The team was professional, punctual, and clearly skilled in their craft. From the initial inspection to the final clean-up, everything was handled with care and attention to detail. Very pleased with the completed work. New Church Road Hove.

I had Pimlico Home Improvements carry out extensive work on the roof of my flat, which is part of a listed building, and I couldn???t be happier with the result. From start to finish, the team were professional, knowledgeable, and extremely careful to respect the heritage features of the property. A special mention goes to Charlie, who was incredibly thorough, friendly, and professional throughout the entire project. He took the time to explain everything clearly, kept me updated at each stage, and ensured that every detail was completed to the highest standard. His attention to detail and approachable manner made what could have been a stressful process completely straightforward. The finished roof looked fantastic, and it???s clear the work had been carried out with real skill and pride. I would highly recommend Pimlico Home Improvements ??? and especially Charlie ??? to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality workmanship, particularly on complex or listed properties.

We used Pimlico Home Improvements after we had storm damage to our house. Charlie came around within an hour of us calling and Charlie and his team started work on the next dry day. We cannot thank Charlie and his team enough for the fantastic work they did for us. From start to finish Charlie and the team were professional, polite, respectful and honest about timeframes and costs. I would not hesitate in recommending Pimlico to all my friends and family. Thank you again. Michael.
