Took a week to get booked in for a quote and they didn't turn up, no attempt to contact or reschedule. Their work may or may not be fine, but their customer service leaves something to be desired. Edit, the company has reached out via Instagram claiming they do not know who I was, implying this is a fake review.

I take great pleasure in highly recommending Cuckfield Roofing. The team worked with us over an eight month period and were an absolute pleasure to have on site. Their work included re-tiling both new and existing pitched roofs using matching and reclaimed tiles, felt roofing, vertical tile hanging with external wall insulation, repairing and replacing chimney flashings, re pointing chimney stacks, undertaking leadwork repairs and replacements, and installing new rainwater goods. They communicated with us at every stage, ensuring we understood the options, were happy with decisions, and felt fully informed.

I don???t often leave reviews but Connor and team are genuinely the best tradespeople we???ve ever used. Communication is exceptional. They always make the extra effort to keep us updated and send photos pre and post job which is a lovely touch. The team fixed our twisted chimney a few years ago which had been leaking for a while and were brilliant. Super professional, tidy and great at what they do. We???ve just asked them back to fix a leak in our second chimney and the fascia on our bay window and they quoted and did the job really speedily and also not crazy pricing. I couldn???t recommend these guys highly enough.

Cuckfield Roofing redid the porch roof on our cottage and we were very happy with the service. Connor, Jackson, Jordan and the rest of their team were all great - thanks guys! Super polite and professional, and great communication throughout the job. This is the second time we have used them and would recommend thoroughly.

We recently had some roof repairs carried out by Cuckfield Roofing and we couldn???t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the team were incredibly professional, punctual, and clearly committed to doing the job to the highest standard. As owners of a period property, we were initially quite concerned about how the repairs would blend in with the existing materials and look of the house. However, the Cuckfield Roofing team demonstrated real expertise in working with older buildings ??? they took great care to ensure everything was in keeping with the original style and the finished result is seamless. Each day the staff arrived on time, worked diligently and left the site spotless before heading home which was something we really appreciated. Their attention to detail, cleanliness and respect for our property truly stood out. We would highly recommend Cuckfield Roofing to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable and considerate roofing company.
