Quite simply AVOID this company. Complete cowboys & totally unqualified to even go anywhere near a roof. Owner works for other companies, run by his Dad,who also employs completely incompetent cowboys. Do a search & you will find evidence as well. All their companies have been force closed by companies house for obvious reasons....

Spent over ??50k on re-roofing my listed barn November 2021. Initial glass roof problem solved ok, but then said that main roof needed replacing as well. Many original tiles broken whilst being removed from the barn; replacements expensive and match originals badly. Ridge tiles on annex badly fixed on, and replacement of mortar/cement falling off leaving them exposed. A relatively small job badly needed but James refuses to acknowledge problem, contact me or do anything about it in spite of so-called ???12 year guarantee??? and more than 40 phone calls from me over four months trying to get a response.

From start to finish we could write a book. Leaking roof led to them uncovering tiles and leaving us 4 days without a roof just tarpaulin with horrific rain and storms. Water coming in everywhere. Wrecked loft with dirt and inconsideration. Lots of different workers. Some days turned up at 4pm. Wish we had never got involved. Hear they are going into liquidation and I???m not surprised. These people are not roofers and use different names. Even the people that worked for the so called boss said they weren???t proper roofers. Embarrassed we even took them on.

BUYER BEWARE. Cowboys. Very unprofessional. Work was undertaken on my next door neighbour???s property which has led to thousands of pounds worth of damage to our property. Dry tech roofing is very good at making promises and even better at breaking them. They have had over 6 months to rectify the damage caused, but always have an excuse for not resolving the situation. This has now gone to court and drytech roofing have been ordered to pay for damages, which is still being ignored. On top of this my neighbours property tiles are now falling away after only a few months due to shoddy work. Customers beware. They also operate under a different name. If you check companies house, you will also see this is not the first time they have been taken to court. BUYER BEWARE. Also check their business addresses. Trying to make out they are bigger than they actually are. Business addresses are just a mail box at a shop.

James and the team did a great job from start to finish. What started off as a gutter replacement became a bigger roofing job due to rotten beams but they showed me the issues and we discussed the options together whilst standing on the scaffolding. James minimized the cost as much as possible and was very professional.
