Hello Butler roofing team. Just a few words about the work that was done last week. The scaffolder???s did a good job putting up scaffolding so that a chimney too be taken down and the ridges needed work. Putting the scaffolding up and taking down there worked well, thank you butler???s scaffolder???s. The chimney was leaking as done for quite awhile and the ridges on the two hips needed to be cleaned off and redone with sand - cement. The young roofer lad was a good little worker, always polite and his work is well done. Took chimney down then retiled , no more leaks. The two hips needed done because probably blow off in a good wind , the young roofer ???thank you??? has done a lovely job on the two hips. Scaffolder???s and Roofer great lad???s , thank you Butler Roofer for the doing a great job. Starkie Road. Lee

Solid Roofing Job with Excellent Follow-Up Service I recently worked with Jim, James, and Jack's crew on a significant roofing project for our large bungalow. It was a complex 100 sqm flat roof with two skylights, which we needed to replace due to a failing stone and felt structure. We decided to go with a Firestone rubber solution and insulation to create a warm flat roof. Initially, the project faced some difficulties. After the first installation, the roof leaked in a few spots during heavy rain. But the response from Jim and his team to these issues was commendable. Jim gave us his word that they would correct the problems, and he stood by it. A new team was brought in to strip off the previous work, save whatever materials they could, and then reinstall the roof. While this second attempt showed significant improvement, there were still leaks during an especially heavy downpour. However, the team didn't let these setbacks hinder their determination to get the job done right. They brought in new rubber, additional support materials, and even added a drainpipe system surrounding the property???an unexpected but appreciated extra effort. Throughout the process, I was impressed by their professionalism and commitment. They took the initiative to not just correct the problems but to go beyond our initial contract to ensure a top-quality result. This team handled the challenges admirably, proving that they're not only good at their jobs but also skilled at managing and rectifying unexpected complications. Now, our roof is warm, secure, and???most importantly???leak-free, even in heavy rain. In the end, Jim, James, and Jack's team turned a difficult initial issue into a success story. They delivered a better roof than we initially planned for, proving their dedication to their work and their customers. For anyone seeking a dependable and hardworking roofing team, I'd recommend them without hesitation.
