Having worked with Tommy and his team for a number of years, i can vouch for their professionalism and ability to undertake and complete jobs in an efficiently and timely. manner. Their costs have always been extremely fair for the level of service and works provided. We wouldn't look anywhere else when recommending a roofing and lead working specialist to clients.

Very satisfied with all aspects of Tommy and his team. Needed a flat roof repair and Tommy was quick to reply to the request, visit the property and provide a quote. From this point job was completed to a very high standard within 48hrs. Team on site were very professional, tidy and always kept us up to date on the job process. Wont hesitate to use again in the future or recommend to others.

House renovation can be a stressful time. Having just moved into a ???project???, we needed to get the roof sorted. The roof tiles were in a terrible state after 100 years of sea air and winds. As a 1920???s house we wanted to upgrade but maintain the character so needed to find someone who would be able to work with us and contribute ideas at the same time. Tommy came as a recommendation which turned out to be worth its weight in gold. The roof was transformed with real slate which was later used on a single storey extension as well. The leadwork has helped to really set off the detailing. Working with traditional materials needs a team who are skilled in their craft; Tommy and Co certainly delivered. It was also great to have a cheerful team of people who got on with the work when they said they would and on budget.

A real pleasure to deal with Thomas. We posted an advert saying we needed some tiles replaced (a stack pipe had been removed leaving a hole) and Tom responded quickly, visited the property and completed the works within the hour!! In addition to replacing the tiles, he noted that our gutters were blocked (from where we'd had a chimney removed) and cleared this too. All at a very reasonable price too. Defo recommend for any roofing jobs. I wouldn't hesitate to use the company again based on this initial engagement.

We had water leaking through our upstairs ceiling but couldn???t work out where it was coming from so assumed it to be from the roof. We called out 3 different roofing companies who ascertained that the leak was from our ???valleys???. We decided to go for the most professional & cost effective company, Hope Roofing & Leadwork and we???re very happy we chose them. Tommy was the guy who came out to give us the quote, arranged for scaffolding to be fitted and once in place it was him who came out to fit the new ???hidden valley??? which he had recommended to us. He was friendly, efficient & tidy. A few hours after him coming out, the job was complete & the leak was gone. Aside from the scaffolding, which came down a couple of days later, you would never have known he???d been. We will definitely use Hope Roofing & Leadwork as our first choice for anything in the future. Thank you, Tommy & the team. 5 stars.
