The roof replacement was completed professionally from beginning to end. Excellent craftsmanship was evident throughout the project, and the quality of the finished work was easy to see.

I was worried about matching the old slates on our Victorian property, but they went out of their way to find a perfect match. You can't even tell where the repair was made. Top-tier craftsmanship.

Brandon from Hartnells was most professional and efficient throughout. His team sorted my roof issues within two days of discovering the problem. The completed job is of a high standard and I’m delighted with the outcome.

Excellent service throughout the entire process. The roofing team arrived on time, worked professionally, and resolved our roof leak efficiently. The quality of workmanship was impressive, and everything was completed to a high standard. I would gladly recommend their roofing services to anyone in the Bournemouth area.

Brandon came out really quickly to quote for an emergency repair and a leaking roof. However, after inspecting the rest of the roof, it became clear we needed to have more work done to stop further issues. Brandon did a thorough inspection, took videos and photos to help explain all works. This really helped as we could easily see all the issues and understand what was needed. Communication was great, while team were helpful and we’d highly recommend!
