AVOID AT ALL COST OR REGRET IT. Asked to replace old cast iron soil pipe with a new pipe for ??1,200 in early October 2025. After completion the pipe soon slipped, this caused severe drainage issues with blockage from the downstairs toilet and kitchen with the soil pipe slipping, even sewage coming out of the external drain creating a health hazard. This had to be flushed out on three separate occasions by Homeserve drainage. They reluctantly lifted the pipe on 11th December after several no shows, only for it now to be leaking at the top as the new pipe joins with the old pipe leading from the upstairs toilet, so when the toilet is flushed water is pouring out onto the backdoor doorstep and driveway. When we complained we needed this fixing urgently they refused to come out and repair, were rude on the phone and refused to take calls and texts. After writing a bad review on their facebook website did eventually show up only to be told after 2 botched jobs, didn't want another one and have now got an experienced roofer who had fitted many such pipes to look at their work. On inspection he couldn't believe they only used clamps to connect the two joining pipes and not sealed the connection properly with sealant to help prevent leakage and hold in place . Even that may not do the job as the pipe sleeve is ideally too short and may need to be unhook the pipe at the wall and base to readjust the joining properly. He thought their work was of an extremely poor amateur standard especially for the high price paid for the job to be done correctly. Two botched jobs, my drains blocked up after incorrect fitting and two and half months later still left with a leaking pipe after costing me ??1,2000, say no more. AVOID THESE PEOPLE, WOULD HATE OTHERS TO HAVE SIMILAR OR WORSE EXPERIENCES.THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AS BAD AS THE WORK AND WILL LOOK TO BLAME EVERYTHING ELSE BUT THEIR OWN FAULTY WORK.

Callum did a great job of resolving a leak that a previous roofer had failed to fix. Very quick to communicate, gave clear info about what needed to be done, would highly recommend!

We'd had an ongoing problem with the roof of our single storey extension. Callum diagnosed the problem as stemming from the pitch being too shallow for the tiles used. His company removed the old tiles and laid a new roof that is perfectly watertight. The work was carried out efficiently, the old roof material was removed and the site left tidy. We are very pleased and he was very pleasant to deal with.
