Rooftech did a fabulous job on our roof, replacing soffits and fascia boards. Our property is over 100 years old and it???s now been given a second lease of life. The roofing team were very professional and they did a great job. Thank you

I just wish to take this opportunity to say what an utterly outstanding experience dealing with Chorley Rooftech has been. Stewart listened to the saga of the terrible past roof repairs since the house was new and he was actually concerned over the water ingress into the property, so arranging the install far swifter than I ever imagined. Barrie was enlisted to assess the 'existing construction' or lack of it, and with his superb knowledge and obvious years of experience were key to getting the job right this time. On site Barry and co-worker were so exceptional, they cracked on and worked non-stop from the get go, reassessing and developing the plan with every obstacle they came across, By lunchtime on the first day I could relax knowing they had the project in hand. Along with Pauline's patience in taking my incessant calls of despair with my initial enquiry, and her ongoing support, Chorley Rooftech have installed the most beautiful roof with outstanding workmanship and would highly recommend them, they are way beyond any other firm. I cannot thank you all enough.

We have just had the cladding and guttering etc done by this company, and we cannot fault them in any way. They gave us a good quote; arrived when they said they would; cleaned up every day before they left, leaving no mess at all. The workmanship is excellent, and the guys went above and beyond to make things right for us. They worked safely and carefully, and as a team. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone needing any work done to their house. Thank you to everyone involved.

We had our mock tudor replaced on the front of our house, along with the side of the porch. The finished work was of a very high standard, we are so happy with the work. The guys were on time, worked hard and perfected the whole job. They also took away the rubbish and cleaned the whole area everytime they left for the day We would highly recommend Chorley Rooftech, they do an amazing job and are completely trustworthy. Thank you guys for your professionalism from beginning to end.

I contacted Chorley Rooftech in April 2024 to fix my leaking roof. They did the work in May 2024, for which I paid over ??4000 and obtained a 15 year guarantee. The roof has leaked 9 times since they finished the work. I have contacted them every time. I have chased constantly for updates and to understand how the leak will be fixed. I have remained courteous and polite throughout this time. In January 2025 Stewart, the owner, blocked me and I have subsequently had to deal with one of his team, Pauline. In May this year, Chorley Rooftech employed a different flat roofing company, CT Flat Roofing, to see if they could identify the issue. The owner of this company drilled two core holes in my roof, despite us agreeing this was not necessary seeing as he had already checked inside the house for signs of sweating and seen none. Pauline has also now stopped replying to my messages. I have offered to pay more for additional work to be carried out as others advice suggestions the issue may relate to the lantern, but I have heard nothing for two weeks. Update - rooftech fitted another new roof using the different company, but it is still leaking and again, rooftech have stopped replying to my messages. Nov '25 - Thanks for the update/reply. You have my phone number so it's probably easier to arrange for the surveyor directly, offline.
