We were having trouble with the guttering overflowing every time it rained, which was starting to leave damp marks on our wall. Called their team for inspection and they fixed it completely in a day. Five stars for their quick inspection and they fixed it completely in a day. Five stars for their quick service.

North West Roofers did an outstanding job on our roof. High-quality materials were used, and the team runs the business efficiently while keeping clear communication throughout. Their professionalism, workmanship, attention to detail, and overall quality are truly impressive. I would highly recommend this company without hesitation.

I’ve used North West Roofers on two separate occasions, and both times they have delivered excellent work. Recently, they replaced my guttering, and the job was completed to a high standard. They always provide photos of the completed work and make sure everything is cleaned up afterwards. I would happily recommend them to anyone needing roofing services. Thank you!

During the latest storm, we had a leak into our bedroom. Unfortunately we have a 3 story extension which is inaccessible without some serious scaffolding. Shaun came round very quickly and used his drone to assess the roof. It took minutes and it was amazing to see the roof in such detail and be able to progress from there, without costly scaffolding needing to go up before we knew what needed doing. He gave very good advice. Would highly recommend NW Roofers Ltd.

Shaun and his team were originally instructed to rebuild a chimney and repair our roof, once scaffolding was up it was apparent that 3 chimneys needed restoration and a complete re-roof. This work was completed and we were very happy. After the scaffolding was down , rains came and it was apparent that some of the guttering had detached causing leakage. We contacted Shaun , who quickly came to assess. The team arranged scaffolding and rectified the problem. We were very happy with our service from North West Roofers. Things go wrong in every walk of life, it's no one's fault it just happens. How a company deals with the issue is another matter...NW Roofers exceeded our expectations, whole heartedly recommend them .
