Excellent & professional workmanship from the start with discussions and meeting George who explained thoroughly the job requirements using his drone. George???s team of ???lads??? Chaz, Brandon, Thomas & Samuel led by Charlie were professional throughout the re-roofing process. What a refreshing change to see dedicated, hard working, polite staff enjoying what they do! I would highly recommend using Lancashire Roofing and Building. Thank you!

Used these guys as they came highly recommended to us from a family member, and I can see why. Great service provided. Brilliant communication throughout the whole process giving us peace of mind that our job was being well taken care of. We made contact with them to discuss what needed to be done in order to make our roof safe and watertight, George got back in touch with us and visited our property within 24hrs and was brilliant at explaining what issues that we had with our roof and ways of fixing them. They were able to squeeze us into their busy schedule and get the job started within a week from instruction and the scaffold was up, job done and back down again within just a few days. Really good service and I would definitely use them again (although I hope I don't have to! lol).

We contacted L R & B about the flat roof on an old two storey extension which was leaking badly into the room below. The drone survey photographs really helped with understanding the cause of the problem and what needed doing which we could discuss before they provided a quote. They were able to prioritise our job which we much appreciated. Access to the building was quite limited at the time, but the guys managed the work without needing to use our power or the house facilities. We decided to use them again a month later to replace the old cast iron guttering on the main house with new plastic gutters. A very helpful, polite team.

George and his team from Lancashire Roofing and Building have replaced our main roof, that included 4 skylights and our bay roof. From our initial conversation and detailed assessment of our roof to the completion of the work George and his team were exceptional, professional and polite throughout the work. The work was done to a very high standard in the time scale agreed and on price. Although we had a minor issue with the bay roof, George and his team sorted it asap. If you need work doing and want high quality work by a professional team, then George and his team are my recommendation.

We reached out to George at Lancashire Roofing and Building for a quote to re-roof our 1852 listed building after finding the company on Google and seeing its approval by Which. Our home had suffered from persistent leaks for many years, causing us a great deal of stress every time it rained. After multiple roofers failed to fix the issue, we had no choice but to undertake a full re-roof???a major project for us! From the very start, George was professional and thorough. He inspected the property using a drone, identifying problem areas that had been previously missed. He also guided us through the planning permission process, which was crucial given the building???s listed status. Once work began, his team proved to be highly skilled, proactive, and meticulous in their craftsmanship. It was clear they took great pride in their work. They were also polite, respectful, and kept us updated with regular photos and progress reports, which gave us real peace of mind. George has returned to the property to check everything is ok and to supply some great aerial photos with his drone. We couldn???t be happier with the outcome and would highly recommend Lancashire Roofing and Building to anyone in need of roofing services.
