This company has smashed my window I am the neighbour of the current house he???s taken almost 3 months to do! I have had nails roof tiles hoodies tools trash dirt all sorts in my garden that???s fallen of the roof while he has been working! I approached him about the window and he refuses to pay for the damages! This could have landed on my head or my child???s head and caused serious damage and is not taking any responsibility or accountability. This has left me stressed upset and having to pay for damages I haven???t done. This is why I???m having to take legal action from this event as I have enough evidence to back me. If I was you I would stay clear of this man he has no morals or respect what so ever!

We recently had the pleasure of working with BB Roofing and Exterior in Blackburn, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From the outset, Bobby, the owner, stood out for his professionalism, respectful manner, and evident pride in his work. It???s rare to come across tradespeople who treat your home with the same care and diligence as they would their own, but Bobby did exactly that. Throughout the project, he was punctual, proactive, and consistently kept us updated on progress. His communication was clear and thoughtful, and he made intelligent, forward-thinking decisions that saved time and added long-term value to the work. At every stage, it was obvious that he wasn???t just ticking boxes; he genuinely wanted the best outcome for our home. Bobby???s attention to detail, combined with his respectful demeanour and excellent workmanship, made the whole experience seamless and reassuring. If you're looking for someone who takes real ownership of the job, treats your space with care, and delivers top-quality results, BB Roofing and Exterior is the team to go with.

Bobby and Nathan provided a professional and courteous service. They arrived on time, did an excellent job replacing some ridge tiles on the roof and asked a fair price for the job. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I highly recommend Bobby, as he was excellent when I had a leaking chimney problem a few months ago, which he fixed. He turned up when he said he would and was really helpful throughout. I was so happy with his work that I got him back to reseat my kitchen extension ridge tiles. Thanks Bobby

Fantastic service. Bobby came to replace our old fascias and guttering. Due to their age they had failed and needed replacing before winter. Bobby was quick and efficient. He was even able to locate a small part of the roof where water had found its way in and sealed it up free of charge. Highly recommended.
