From start to finish, we’ve felt completely assured by Sam’s due diligence, attention to detail, and craftsmanship. One thing that really stood out for us was when we had concerns about the roof (pre-replacement), Sam was always happy to inspect and would do so in a hands-on manner; checking internal attic spaces, shifting insulation (with permission), and physically checking tiles and felt for signs of damp and leaks. There was no pushy sales tactic, and he only recommended to replacing the roof when it was truly necessary. Sam takes a lot of pride in his work, delivering everything to the highest standard and with such attention to detail. The crew cleaned and cleared the debris at the end of each day and washed all the external guttering and soffits on completion. No challenge is too great; he not only delivers a functional and strong roof, but it looks aesthetically pleasing, too! Sam was meticulous in ensuring everything was done to current building standards and regulations, working alongside our plumbers to rectify piping issues, ensuring the ventilation was suitable for our insulation, and liaising with Building Notice to secure official sign-off. We can’t recommend Sam and his team highly enough. You are truly in the safest hands.

As with other reviews, I contacted Sam following his work on a neighbours house. The whole experience was excellent, he turned up on time and supplied a realistic quote. Having accepted his quote he gave a start date and told me when the scaffolders would arrive. Both they and he arrived as stated. Despite challenging weather the whole of our roof was replaced within three days. Great care was taken, despite the rain, to ensure the roof was watertight at all times. The teams work ethic was brilliant, old fashioned approach of 'get on with it and finish the job' as against sitting around in the van drinking tea. The site was left clean and tidy on completion, even down to wiping down the windows and sills. I have recommended Sam to friends who require roof work, and wouldn't hesitate to use him again in the future.

Said he would arrange a quote. Kept putting it off and then stopped answering the phone and messages. Its fine to be too busy to do a quote. It seems unprofessional to say you will and then do nothing. (after I posted the above Sam phoned me up. The repair was for the flat roof above my empty flat. Sam says he called 3 times never got a reply and gave up. However it turns out there was a fault with his phone so he never received the whatsapp messages that I had sent. And despite 4 phone calls I made between 18th March and 8th May never explained that he had been trying and failing! However he has apologised and we understand this was an unusual situation so I have given 3 stars rather than 1!)

Sam recently replaced all the soffits, fascias and guttering and did a brilliant job. Right from getting the quote through to doing the job Sam was friendly, polite and professional, always keeping us updated. House is transformed! We were really pleased with his work and would highly recommend S. P Roofing if you want a job well done at a competitive price. Thanks Sam.

Sam and his staff are a very professional hard working team. I contacted them after seeing the good work they did on a neighbours house and they've done a great job on my roof and left the site clean and tidy after completion. I would highly recommend them.
