Big thanks to Joe and his team for the repairs to our roof and valley replacement. Great communication and updates on how the job was progressing throughout. Very professional and made sure everything was cleaned up after finishing.

I contacted Joe after a recommendation from a neighbour. From the start Joe was quick to get back to me and gave me a decent quote. He was always prompt with his communication and turned up when he said he was going to. He did the job well and explained what he'd done (and fixed a couple of tiles that had broken as well). Would definitely use Joe again and recommend him highly.

Joe and the team were great throughout the process of getting our roof timbers and tiles replaced, and fitting a skylight. They provided a fair quotation and stuck to it, and we're very respectful of our space. Where extra work was required, their communication was excellent. Can't recommend enough!

Safe Cover did a great job on my roof! Roof was damaged by a bin lorry. The wall plate was snapped and the rafters pulled off. They did a great repair and full re-cover on the roof. Safe cover were quick to quote, book in and complete the job. And we???re very well priced. Would definitely recommend!

We recently had Safe Cover carry out a full re-roof of our home and couldn't be happier with the results. The work was extensive: a flat roof dormer re-done with a warm roof deck design and EPDM rubber membrane, with the walls clad to finish. The pitched sections re-tiled with new leadwork, plus chimney rendering, pot replacements, and cowl installation. A real mix of trades, all handled brilliantly. What really stood out was the team's commitment to us as customers. When the old roof started leaking just before Christmas, they went out of their way to make sure everything was secure and watertight so we could get through the holidays safely. That kind of care is rare. Joe was fantastic throughout ??? always responsive, clear, and easy to communicate with. The whole crew were friendly, always up for a chat, and by the end of the job we genuinely felt like we'd got to know them. It was actually sad to see them go! I'm a fairly picky customer when it comes to quality, and the standard of work here was top notch. The leadwork in particular was lovely, and the attention to detail showed throughout. They also left the site neat and tidy, which I really appreciated. All of this at a reasonable price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Safe Cover to anyone needing roofing work. Five stars without question.
