Excellent is not a word I readily use but in this case, totally appropriate. The process, from planning, very competitive quote, to the two day installation was courteous, fast, professional and extremely efficient. Snagging issues dealt with promptly and with usual efficiency. Highly recommended.

Had a great experience with Roofing Solutions Southwest after some storm damage to our roof. The team were really polite, quick to respond, and got the quote sorted in no time. The work itself was carried out to a fantastic standard, and they managed to turn everything around really quickly when we needed it done. Big thanks to the whole team, highly recommended!

Very professional to deal with. Communication exemplary at all stages. Promises kept at each stage of quote and delivery of job. Invoice reflected initial quote. Quality of work done was excellent and works were carried out in a very timely manner. A very good experience. Peter |James Managing Director Wildings Ltd

Miles and Roofingsolutions SW are absolutely excellent! I can not recommend them enough. I contacted them for a quote for a leak in our roof. Miles rapidly arranged to come over, and sent a drone up to identify the issue, then took the time to review the images with me explaining openly exactly what he thought needed doing. He went out of his way to quickly get scaffolding up and his team over to sort the issue. The team (Stuart and his colleague sorry I've forgotten his name) were courteous, clean and communicated well. The work looks good and they answered my questions at each point! All in all it took under a week from accepting the quote to the issue being fixed! All in all, absolutely top experience. Thank you!

Update 2023 Had these guys back this week to fit a roof vent for our bathroom and a chimney cowl. We had the same professional and excellent quality outcome as all previous dealings with roofing solutions. Thank you Miles and all the team we will never go elsewhere for any roofing needs. 2021 Fabulous company, pleasure to deal with from start to finish. We had a complete reroof and concrete gutter lining. Miles kept us in the loop throughout the entire project. The team were lvely to have around, very hard working and knowledgeable. They were happy to answer all of my questions and were here when agreed every morning ( rain, shine or - 2 degree frost) they left our gardens very tidy. We were very lucky to get in a cancellation slot for the work but we're prepared to wait as long as needed for this brilliant company. We have an insurance backed guarantee and complete peace of mind now thanks to these guys. After previously having cowboy builders botch our roof and cause ongoing leaks these guys have done a perfect job a managed to put my mind at rest. Thankyou to everyone at roofing solutions :)
