Wanted a new ridge across top of pitched roof. Bath Roofing Company did not replace the rotten wood which supports the ridge tiles, but instead, simply added small pieces of new wood into the broken gaps of the rotten wood. They did not screw these small pieces down. The new tiles along the ridge were fitted over, and only 3 were screwed down, into the new pieces of wood, (which was not screwed down). You could push the whole ridge over with your hands! In addition, the ridge tiles were not placed correctly and so formed peaks and troughs along the line, rather than a smooth straight line. Awful. Avoid. We refused to pay.

From the moment we met Ben we knew he was reliable and trustworthy. He talked through the repairs that needed to be carried out on our roof and only quoted us for the work that needed to be done. His team were very professional, they carried out the work within one day and tidied everything before leaving. We have already recommended Ben to friends and will certainly use Ben and his team again in the future; in fact he has already quoted us for a flat roof repair.

Two flat rooves replaced, and some chimney repairs. Could not have asked for better. Ben and his team are professional; friendly and efficient. Right from the initial phone call we were kept up to date with everything. As soon as the weather was good enough the work was completed in three days, the rubbish gone the following day, and the scaffolding down within a week. If we needed more roofing work done, we would not hesitate to call again. Highly recommended.

Ben and his team did a brilliant job when i recently required a new roof on my house and all done at a very reasonable price. They were a great bunch of chaps who worked very hard to get the roof finished quickly but thoroughly, tidied up well at the end of the job and I would definitely recommend this company.

Amazing customer service along side perfect time management. Easy to communicate and very flexible to my busy schedule. Precise work and left home clean and tidy throughout project. Would highly recommend to family and friends.
