From start to finish, the whole process was smooth and stress-free. The team at Imperial Roofing & Home Improvements Ltd handled everything professionally and left no mess behind. Very satisfied with the result.

was dreading this job after years of buckets in the attic and endless temporary repairs. but we finally bit the bullet for a new roof and honestly james and his crew made what i thought was gonna be a nightmare project feel pretty easy, they arrived on time every day managed the scaffolding kept us updated throughout. the new tiles completely changed the houses look it feels brand new again we???ve had so many compliments since they finished it was a smooth process start to finish and they were very respectful of the neighbors??? so it???s a major investment and i???m genuinely happy with the quality and the look of the finished product.

Had three different roofers try to fix a leak around our dormer before this, Imperial diagnosed it in minutes and redid the leadwork properly. The attention to detail was next level, seriously. Hasn't leaked since. I wish we???d found them sooner like three attempts ago

You get what you pay for. We wasted money on three separate "quick fixes" for our flashing from other roofers. Imperial were the only ones who diagnosed it correctly from the start. The problem is now, finally, gone. Should have called them first.

Called James to replace a missing roof tile and he couldn???t be more helpful. Came to sort it at short notice on Saturday and even went to 3 different locations to try and sort the best roof tile match to our existing tiles. Really nice guy too, would definitely recommend and will use again if needed!
