I reached out to Cotton roofing to have a roof survey done on a property I am looking to buy and had concerns about the main roof. Dave was very prompt in responding, super professional and ultimately explained the report clearly to me. I am looking forward to buying the property and will definitely get the work done by them! Also, quoted honest, reasonable price for works.

Dave did an excellent job for us. Unfortunately we had another roofer work on our chimney which lead to leaking after only a few months. We had it confirmed the work was done incorrectly from multiple tradesmen. Dave gave a very reasonable quote and did the remedial work. We've hired him for multiple other jobs due to his professionalism and honesty. He didn't try to push unnecessary work. Would definitely recommend him to anyone. Thanks Dave

Highly recommend Dave and his roofing company. Very professional, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced in his trade. The work was completed to a high standard, and everything was explained clearly throughout the process. Reliable, honest, and great to deal with. I would definitely recommend Dave to anyone needing roofing work done. You will never be left unsatisfied.
