Firstly Sean was fast to respond to my initial enquiry, we set a time and date for a quote to which he arrived early. Found Sutton Coldfield Roofers from the Nextdoor app along with other companies, however like I said Sean responded quickly (on a Saturday), When he came to quote I explained the issue and very quickly he explained what the actual issue was. He could have done what I had suggested and I imagine charged a LOT more, instead he investigated the issue and came up with a much better solution. Price seemed reasonable, but Sean is the reason I went with Sutton Roofers. The work was completed today and he did exactly what he said he would and charged what he quoted. Great communication and would absolutely recommend Sean and Sutton Coldfield Roofers.

I was impressed with Sean. He communicated quickly and efficiently and carried out a roof repair in very quick time. I would recommend this company based on what I've seen so far.

Huge thanks to Sean for coming to our rescue when our kitten managed to get herself stuck on the roof late on a dark Sunday evening. Even though his business is roofing, Sean didn’t hesitate to help a terrified kitten — and two equally terrified humans — out of kindness. He was calm, reassuring, and incredibly skilled. It’s rare to meet someone who goes above and beyond simply because it’s the right thing to do. Thank you, Sean for getting our little one safely back home.

Sean was quickly available to attend to a leak that appeared after a bout of heavy weather. He fixed it immediately at a great price and was courteous and professional throughout. He showed me the issue and the repairs he made on his phone, and he was also able to provide a thorough roof report for my insurance, as I discovered one is required every four years for full coverage. I would definitely recommend and re use his services when needed in the future!

Can't recommend Sean and his team enough for all the work they've done and how they handled it. We had a leak in our new bathroom and Sean promptly came out to inspect the issue, gave me a quote the next day, (which was much fairer than others in the area), and when we were ready to move forwards with the work he had the job completed within a week. He was responsive with all my queries and the work is top quality. People like this in the trade industry are a dying breed. Before and after photo below.
