Full roof replacement in Four Oaks area. Had seen signage on my road so gave them a call to look at a leak in our loft conversion. Quick to respond to the call out despite being an extremely busy time of year (November). Identified the problem and offered a few solutions but ultimately lead to a full roof replacement (which was definitely needed based on photos/videos provided!) Scaffolding went up quick and work started promptly. Only issue was delay in finding a replacement kit for the velux window which eventually led to a full window replacement, but as soon as the replacement window was located this was fitted promptly and the team ensured they were offsite before Christmas which was greatly appreciated.

I liaised with Peter from the beginning of the job right until the end. Him and his team are polite, professional, and honest. Peter gave me a great quote, followed the Job all the way through and insured that any of my queries or concerns were addressed and dealt with. It???s not easy to find honest roofers that don???t overcharge. I would recommend Sutton oak cladding and roofing without a doubt.

Had a roof repair completed by Sutton oak roofing in October 2025. Found the company through checkatrade. Firstly they were efficient throughout, phoned me, arranged to view roof (and arrived when we agreed). Quote same day and repairs carried out quickly. Absolute pleasure to deal with, fair quote, work completed and video and photos provided of work done. Highly recommend them

First experience dealing with Sutton Oak Roofing but so far very impressed. Peter was quick to inspect and report back on our room leak and undertook the relevant repairs to high standard.

Fast and friendly service when I had a leak in the loft. After Pete and his team checked it was decided that a new roof was needed. I was provided a with a good value quote. The team turned up on time and kept me informed of progress and when they would be finished. Mess all cleaned up, with the skip and scaffolding removed the day after the work was finished. Thanks to Pete and his team for a job well done ????
