So pleased Rupert was recommended to me. Central heating is now working efficiently at long last, after numerous visits from other engineers over last year or so! System is no longer losing pressure, which had required me to top up water on a daily basis - phew! Rupert is very diligent, knowledgeable, efficient, and .... extremely patient and responsive, based on the number of times I messaged him ???? Any problems with your heating etc, don't waste time looking around, just call Rupert ????

I was renting a holiday home and when I arrived there was no heating or hot water. Bit of a problem in February with my 90 year old father in the house. Rupert of Venturi Heating came out at short notice on a Saturday. Did really thorough diagnostics on the boiler. Fixed that, fixed the gas fire too. Couldn???t have asked for more. He???s cheerful, helpful and explains stuff in simple language. He saved the holiday.

Rupert was quick to respond, professional and friendly. He had our best interests in mind. Where others would have sold a new boiler for a quick buck, he tried to get us a repair under warranty, saving us ??100s and doing himself out of the bigger job. Highly recommended ????

Called Rupert yesterday morning after boiler stopped working. He was out within 30 minutes for a quick diagnosis and then back the following morning to replace fan and clean up and report on the boiler. All working great again hopefully for a few more years as it???s getting on in age now. Friendly and great customer service.

I would highly recommend Rupert!! He came to do boiler service for us and unfortunately we had a few problems regarding gas pressure??? he moved heaven and earth to sort this out even calling the boiler manufacturer. I would not hesitate in recommending him and will most certainly use him again!! Cannot thank you enough Rupert for you help!!
