Liz (Mrs Gas) was extremely responsive and helpful when we had a problem with our oil fired heating system in a unoccupied property we own that was 200 miles from where we live. She attended promptly and when she said. She identified and fixed the problem without fuss and was very helpful throughout the whole process keeping me informed . I would certainly use her services again and would highly recommend her to others. Well done and thank you Liz.

Very speedy response to initial contact, followed by knowledgeable feedback regarding issue and a confirmation visit within 24hrs to confirm issue (and a temporary fix) Then part sourced and problem fixed as soon as was possible. Very impressed and so thankful to have working heating for the first snow of the year.

I just wish I had called Liz first! We woke up to no hot water so called another emergency plumber who misdiagnosis the problem and quoted an extremely high price to fix it. Realising I was being taken for a ride I paid the call out fee and sent him on his way. Spoke to Liz on the phone who was really helpful and gave us some advice. In the end she came round quickly and fixed it for a fraction of the original quote I was given. We won't mess about calling anyone else in future!
