Utter sham! Took advantage of desperate pensioner and left very shoddy ???workmanship??? behind. Quote not provided prior to work. No invoice or breakdown of works/costings/hourly or day rates given. No after sales service. Avoid!

I am posting this review based on my direct and personal experience as a paying customer. I paid in full for boiler and central heating installation works. Shortly after completion, recurring faults appeared that affected the normal and reliable use of heating and hot water. I reported these issues promptly and in writing. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the matter, I did not receive effective after-sales support. Communication became slow and then ceased entirely, with no clear plan to inspect, repair, or resolve the faults. As a customer, I expected reasonable care, professional conduct, and a proper response after full payment. In my experience, these expectations were not met. I would advise potential customers to ensure that all terms, warranties, and remedies are clearly agreed and documented in advance before proceeding.
