Keith wss extremely professional, helpful and polite. He fitted new boiler parts, carried out a full service and even installed a Hive thermostat for us. He made sure all the raditors were properly balanced and always available on hand for questions. He has genuinely made the whole experience so much better and I would reccomend him to anyone. He will do a great job and take away any worries.

My boiler broke when I was away so I had no heating or hot water. My parents got someone out to look but he tried repairing but broke after a few hours. I contacted Keith at 8am the next day when I was home and he arrived in a couple of hours to temporarily repair my boiler so I had heating over the weekend. He then ordered me some parts and repaired by Tuesday. One of my radiator was also not working and he also fixed this. Was always on time and friendly. Would recommend and will use Keith again in the future. Thank you

Highly recommend, Keith & his team provided a prompt, professional ,cost effective response to a urgent request to rectify a fault with my boiler flue. The flue was reinstalled and the boiler recommissioned within 24hrs after my initial call on a Friday afternoon.

Can't recommend this company more Keith came out the same day and quoted me for parts that needed replacing and came to do within a week. Keith and his team really do go above and beyond, honest reliable and friendly. Very knowledgeable and will definitely use again and will recommend to anyone.

I had an amazing experience with Keith. He came to replace a radiator, and not only did they do a fantastic job, but they truly went above and beyond. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and they even took the extra step to check other areas of the system to ensure everything was running smoothly. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality were impressive. I highly recommend.
