I Had a visit today off Rob from Shropshire Gas,to service my boiler,he let me know,in plenty of time, he was on his way,when he arrived,he was polite, respectful of my property and very tidy. I wouldn't hesitate to call Shropshire gas again.

Lovely friendly staff. Engineer was prompt and very knowledgeable and sorted out the most reasonable action for my budget. Work was completed swiftly and cleanly. Never had a problem with this company

After getting the previous home owner to service the boiler before we moved into our new property. The lack of understanding and compassion from Shropshire gas has been laughable. Starting with the reception staff on the phone being adamant that if a service has been completed the boiler would be safe. Apparently they know more than a gas engineer ( from another company ) at the property pulling rusted items from said boiler. Upon getting another engineer from Shropshire gas to look at the boiler again and them stating 'any rust on a boiler is normal and that any problems caused after the service ( 6 weeks prior to moving in ) must have been caused from the previous home owner a 92 year old with dementia. Trying to get a complaint number or confirmation from Shropshire gas has also been impossible and currently still waiting for this. All while having a heavily pregnant wife / now newborn baby at home hasn't been ideal ti say the least. If a 0 rating and a warning for other could be issued I would do so in a heart beat. The ineptitude from Shropshire gas having left us with a bill for a new boiler and numerous days without heating over the Xmas period. All while skirting around taking any responsibility for a shoddy job / back hander is impressive on there behalf. Please avoid.

Shropshire Gas have just replaced my hot water immersion heater and water tank with a Gledhill unvented cylinder. It is a more efficient system and I couldn't be any happier with the great job that their engineer ( Stuart ) did with the job, very quick, tidy and professional. Thank you Shropshire Gas.

Shropshire Gas have just installed a new boiler for me and carried out some plumbing jobs too. The fitters (Phil and Jim) have done a great job. The new pipework is very neat and the brickwork is excellent too. Overall, a very professional service and much, much less expensive than British Gas.
