Steve and his colleagues are great at what they do. They work tidily and deliver a quality job.

Steve and his team just did a full boiler and radiator install, plus some other jobs for us. Throughout, he or his team has kept us appraised, discussed the various options, always checking on what we were okay with, or what they might have to change slightly. We can't rate him highly enough. The work was done within the timescale quoted and cost quoted, they were tidy and punctual. We have no qualms recommending them to anyone who might need plumbing work in and around Shrewsbury.

Steve Brookes' team replaced my boiler. They were both courteous and professional in their demeanour, and explained the process clearly. At completion, they left the workplace immaculate! I thoroughly recommend Steve Brookes to everyone based on this experience.

Just had Steve in to fit a new boiler, first time customers. From the moment we were put in contact with him via the Worcester-Bosch website, he has been timely, efficient, polite and helpful. The work was done in the timescale and price quoted and he also serviced a gas fire for us. Very reasonably priced and he and his team left the house spotless. Would highly recommended.
