We've used Rob for years and know we can trust him and his work. He's reliable, tidy and friendly with a high standard or work which is why we keep using him. Recommended.

We recently moved to a new house and first used RNB to service our existing gas fire and boiler. As the service was excellent and Rob responded very positively to our requests for advice on a range of heating-related issues we asked him to replace our old boiler with a new combo boiler and also to install a new shower. We were given an initial quotation which we thought was very reasonable and so we commissioned the work. This work was completed on time, on the dates agreed and exactly to specification. The work was neat and tidy. Everything works perfectly and we are delighted with the result. In the near future we will need some more work doing in connection with a kitchen refurbishment and a new extension and will have no hesitation in approaching him to do the work.

I recently had my central heating boiler replaced by RNB Plumbing and Heating, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the service was outstanding. Rob and his colleague were incredibly thorough, ensuring everything was installed perfectly. They were very tidy throughout the process and left no mess behind. Rob himself is friendly and approachable, making the whole experience stress-free. It???s great to support a local family-run company that clearly takes pride in their work. I can highly recommend Rob for anyone needing heating or plumbing services!

Rob was able to carry out an inspection on a property I am buying at short notice. He was professional and courteous. Once the inspection was complete he telephoned me to talk through what he had found prior to the formal report being sent. This helped me understand the report detail. I would thoroughly recommend Rob and will be using him going forward for boiler servicing and any other work I require.

Required a plumber to replace an old shower unit. So glad we chose Rob at RNB Plumbing & Heating Services. Prompt service provided, following a reasonable price quote. Rob arrived within time/day agreed. Respectful of the property. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable. Completed an excellent job. Very tidy. Not mess. Explained the overall operation of the shower valve. My wife & I are very happy with the end result. We have resided at the address for over 30 years & without doubt, this is the best a shower has ever been working. The water pressure, heat of the shower unit is absolutely brilliant. Thank you Rob. We would highly recommend. Any future plumbing & heating jobs we wouldn't hesitate in calling Rob.
