We recently had a couple of new, large, and very heavy radiators fitted in our hallway and lounge by another local Heating Engineer. Unfortunately, he close not to use the correct wall fixings for our hollow dot and dab walls, and one radiator partially came away from the wall, and the other one in the living room fell away completely. Despite repeated attempts to get him back, we were met with silence, avoidance and delays! Enter George from TrueHeat who we met whilst my wife and I were out and about at the shops locally when we saw his gleaming van with his company???s details. George came around to our home and gave us a clear quote and returned within 4 days to do the radiator reinstallation work. His attention to detail was beyond excellent, he was polite, friendly and courteous and he completed all the work in a couple of hours with no fuzz or hassle at all. He was super-respectful of our home and the new decorative work, and he was amazingly careful, diligent and tidy, making sure he hoovered and cleaned afterwards. George???s work is absolutely brilliant and I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending him and TrueHeat???s comprehensive heating solutions and services. 5 Massive Gold Stars from us :-))))

We???ve used TrueHeat for our boiler service for the second year in a row. George delivered an efficient, friendly, and reliable service. I also recommended him to my father, who was in urgent need of boiler assistance, and he was equally impressed with George???s professionalism and support. Fully recommend!

Fantastic service from George at Trueheat, excellent communication and professionalism throughout the fitting of our new boiler. We wanted our boiler moving from our loft to the kitchen which was done and completed within a couple of days. The work was done to a very high standard. George???s work was 10 out of 10, we are really impressed with the work carried out and will most definitely be using and recommending Trueheat to our friends and family!

We were having some issues with our gas fire and our old back boiler needed a service. We called Trueheat and a few days later our living room is warm and ready for the winter. Thanks to our engineer George who did a great job, efficient and tidy. We'll be calling again for our next service. Highly recommend.
