Thanks for all the hard work and help you gave us i know was not an easy water leak to find and repair really was 5 star service we got from the office staff to the engineer that was sent out thanks sooooo much.

Can't thank you guys enough such good service if you need an emergency plumber they're the company to use

??200 down the drain with this company. An engineer visited yesterday, was given totally the wrong brief so came and did exactly the same thing I'd already done meaning we were still without heating. I then called first thing this morning to ask for another visit today, as the forecast is -6 tonight and I have a baby and a toddler in an unheated house. They were totally unbothered and said they couldn't guarantee a visit today but I'd had to wait for a call. I then called back to say I'd found a plumber that could do emergency same day and could they refund me the ??200 so that I could get him in. They sounded amused, refused and just said I'd have to wait for a call with no idea of when availability may come up. Only after ending the call and telling them they'd get a bad review did they decide they may be able to speed up the process. Not the kind of people you want to be dealing with when you're in a tough spot.

Excellent service once more. He was able to come out and inspect and repair a leaking pipe and stop tap. Quick, on-time, dependable, and amiable service. I heartily advise using Prince Plumbing.

These guys were great. Set very clear expectations and good communication
