   I needed an urgent combi-boiler replacement as my old boiler was beyond repair. I had been a customer for a well known service provider for 30 years, and their quote was Double the price I expected. Lee gave me a sensible quote and also highlighted an issue with the original installation which did not meet current standards, and was not picked up by other engineers who had provided quotes. The work was completed very quickly and efficiently and I am extremely happy with my new install. I would certainly recommend Lee's work to anyone.

   Lee fitted our boiler and the work was faultless. It was a bit complicated to have our boiler replaced as we live in an apartment and were swapping to a modern combi boiler, but Lee did some research and found a way to do the job safely and quickly. He is trustworthy and knowledgeable. The charges are reasonable for high standard work. I would definitely recommend LC Gas and Plumbing.

   Lee came to repair a boiler and fit a new receiver. He arrived on time, communication prior to appointment was good, even offering advice over the phone on initial call as he was in the middle of another job. House clearance taking place during his attendance which he dealt with calmly. Thorough in his work, explanations and instructions provided for new equipment. Would highly recommend Lee.

   Lee repaired my previous boiler when he was subcontracting for another big company and i kept his number as i was impressed with his work at the time. This time we had a new house, a new boiler (installed by completely different people), and a non-urgent but annoying pressure issue which turned out to be a pipework leak, so I messaged him asking for his availability. He was able to fit us in quickly and kept me informed when he would arrive. He repaired the leak and installed a drainage tap to make any subsequent heating issues easier to resolve; he serviced my boiler as asked, filling in all paperwork appropriately, and did a couple of other additional things that showed he is meticulous, thoughtful and careful in his work. He was friendly and professional, efficient, and everything was "by the book" so very reassuring, and his pricing was fair. An excellent person all round - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others and will be using his services again.
