Ive used Gas Care for a few years now for boiler services and repairs. Always polite and helpful, they generally give a 2hr window when the engineer will arrive and their prices are fair. I would highly recommend them.

Had a phone call early in the week booked for a day I was off due to the current events it did slip my mind however i was at the shop less than 5 minutes away. They text to say who they were - i rang back 5 minutes after receiving the text as i hadn't heard my phone . The young man was very rude at the end of the phone . Yes I appreciate this was my fault for not being in and that was my my mistake huy I dont deserve to be spoken to like a 5 year old . It isn't my choice who gets called to come out it's down to my landlord however I wouldn't want to see the man at the end of the phone if that's how he talks to people

Great Company Reliable.. Always on Time. Rectified an installation that should have been done by the company that fitted my Surround and Gas log burner.... No inspection unit had been fitted by OER. Not a happy customer of OER at all. However GasCare have rectified this and all is safe now.

Absolutely brilliant service! After living with a very temperamental boiler for months, we eventually called in Gas Care. the fault was instantly diagnosed, and within 15 minutes a new PCB had been installed and it is now working perfectly again! I could not recommend this company enough!
