A very delayed review, but worth leaving. Gas Care installed our boiler 10 years ago (sept 2015) and it???s just blown up. That???s fine these things don???t always last. However when the new installer has turned up the drain isn???t anywhere near far enough away from the house. It???s like 30cm when it should be more than a meter, he says in the last 10 years the regs haven???t ever allowed it to be 30cm! At the time we weren???t happy with the installer making a complaint at the time. Hence we haven???t used them for servicing or the next installation! My father in law also had gas care install his boiler in 2015 and the next engineer to service it said the flu wasn???t long enough and had to extend it. Personally I don???t think it???s taking risks with gas safe and regulations and therefore I won???t be using them again! As an aside they think the reason (but can never prove) that the heat exchanger went because the drain was blocked! 10 years isn???t a long time for a boiler! To note this review could only be left 10+ years on and you would never know within a year or two!!

Gascare have serviced my gas boiler over the past few years, flushed my radiators and have just replaced my old boiler and immersion heater. The service from the office and the guys on the road has been first class. I am really pleased and don't hesitate to recommend them.

Gascare have been a great help to us over the last two years. Unfortunately following a home renovation we had continuous problems with our boiler and heating system with us having to call the initial installer out a number of times in the year after works were completed. In the end we called Gascare to come and have a look after the same thing kept happening. Turned out the initial installer had not done this correctly. And following the situation being rectified by Gascare and the great team over there I am happy to report we have had no isssues since and currently are on the yearly service with Gascare. Would highly recommended them for any future works. Shame we didn???t know about them to start with.

Gascare replaced my boiler last year. The team were easy to get hold of, were very helpful, and booked the work to be done within a short time scale. I have used Gascare to service my boiler prior to this boiler replacement and have continued to use them after for my annual service. I highly recommend them.

I had Gascare install a new boiler when we moved into our home 10 years ago and I am very happy with the work they did. We always get our yearly service with them and they have always been friendly and polite and very good prices . Think they now service and maintain boilers for most of my family members now! Would highly recommend them to others to use.
