Dave answered my calls when I called, however he failed to give me a price for replacing a motorised valve head, even after promising he would 3 times and me sending pictures. Save your time calling. Deliver on what you say or just say no. Would of saved both our time that way. Disappointing.

My dad had been let down by another company and had a plumbing emergency. David came out less than an hour after I called him, on a hot Bank Holiday, and solved the problem in 10 minutes. His fee was very reasonable. Thank you David! I contacted David again a few months later when my dad had a problem with his gas fire. It was a Saturday teatime. Again he responded immediately, went round to my dad's house straightaway, and fixed the problem on the spot for an extremely reasonable price. I cannot thank him enough for saving my dad stress and money.

We have used David a few times over the last couple of years to fix our plumbing and an ageing boiler. He has always been prompt and never once let us down time wise. His expertise, recommendations and workmanship has been excellent and he has found cost saving ways around problems for us as well. Highly recommended.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED PLUMBER IN GRANTHAM We had an emergency just after Xmas and David Dixon was the only plumber to get back to me quickly. He is very knowledgeable , methodical and conscientious. Our plumbing system was not the newest and he diligently "plumbed" it's intricacies before coming up with the best practical solution. His rates are very reasonable, and I would have no hesitation in recommending him. He is Gas Safe registered and has his own website which is more instructive and constructive than some - I am still waiting to hear back from one local plumber who has a Contact form on his website!
