We have been using Atkins for our boiler servicing for the past 3 years and have always been impressed with their service. Another company has seriously messed us about and then we found Atkins, who was reliable, professional, and transparent. Ian is friendly, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain any work that needs doing. Our boiler has been kept running efficiently thanks to the regular servicing and attention to detail from this company. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and dependable boiler company. Sid - Arnold, Nottingham

Ian fitted a new boiler for my senior citizen mum, who although is a grand age is a sharp as a tack and spot on with spotting good people. Following a few surveys and quotes from installers, my mum wanted Ian to do the job. Ian was transparent and fair, with no pressure from the get go. He is skilled, honest and professional, which hard to find these days.He also called after instalment to go through next steps and future servicing. We would highly recommend Ian, 110%!

Highly recommend Ian! He was super understanding of our situation. He was able to come out twice short notice and sort out the problems we were having with hot water and the boiler. Nothing was too much trouble and he was extremely reasonable. He sorted a replacement part quickly and cheaply and we will use him again going forward.

Really pleased with the service. The workmanship was excellent and everything was explained clearly so I knew exactly what was being done. He sticks to his word, turns up when he says he will, and gets the job done properly without cutting corners. He arrived on time, quickly identified the issue, and fixed it efficiently. It???s hard to find reliable tradespeople these days, but after finding Atkinson Ian, I wouldn???t go anywhere else now. Highly recommended for anyone in the Nottinghamshire area looking for a trustworthy and skilled engineer.

Great service from start to finish, I???d been highly recommended by my parents who are long term customers of Ian???s, he was able to come and assess our old broken boiler quickly, he quoted us on the same day and was in doing the work the same week. We???re really happy with the communication, the level of skill, and the service as a whole. We also part financed our boiler and were able to get 0% interest over 12 months which are affordable payments, having 0% option has been a godsend, saving us loads compared to having to pay interest over a longer term, and it gets it out of the way so we can relax and enjoy our new boiler. The process was easy, Ian and his team mate are sound, approachable and know their stuff. Will definitely be in touch for future servicing and when replacing our radiators, can???t recommend enough.
