Dylan is always punctual, amiable and extremely good at his job. He always tidies up after himself and fully explains what he has done. We would highly recommend him to anyone.

So glad we found Heato Ltd & Dylan online - communication is superb from start to finish. We are extremely pleased our boiler has now had a thorough inspection & service - all carried out very professionally, would highly recommend.

Superb work from Dylan. Quality workmanship and the end result was stunning. Can't recommend enough.

I wouldn???t hesitate to recommend Dylan at Heato to anyone who needs a (gas) certified plumber. He sorts everything for me seamlessly, from fitting new bathroom appliances to heating systems and boiler services - always explaining things in a way that makes sense. Always friendly, professional and 100% trustworthy. Thank you as always.

We found we had an issue with boiler contacted Heato. Dylan came round very quickly to assess the issue as temperature had just dropped and was getting very cold on finding what the issue was we decided to have a new boiler and booked in. Dylan and Finlay was able to fit new boiler promptly as with our age and our medical issues which was wonderful. At all times Dylan and finlay were professional clean and tidy we would recommend Heato we feel safe and trust the work they do and we have used ongoing for all our heating system needs and we have recommended to friends and family who also now use.
