Enquired about having some work done on a kitchen, subsequently a date and time was agreed for them to come the following week between 09:00 and 10:00 to see what I needed doing with a view to then scheduling the work in. By 12:15 no one had turned up and no contact received. Rang and they said they would find out why and call me back. Now into the following week and I've heard noting from them. Very poor and time wasting experince... *** Further to the response from the company, I have call logs showing I rang them on 31/03 to discuss what needed doing, I was called back on the evening of 02/04 when I was told you would be attending on 09/04. Why then would someone say I will find out why they haven't been and call you back? I was even told the name of the person who would be attending was called Rob..***

Ive recently had an extension completed and I highly recommend RAW Precision. The works have been undertaken to a very high standard. Kelly ensured I was kept fully upto date and the communication was fantastic. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The team went above and beyond including assisting in designs and ideas. Works were completed on schedule. Highly knowledgeable, excellent standards and extremely thorough. I will definitely be using them again for any maintenance/future building works.
