Called this company, but as they were busy James sent a text advising me to try Worcester Bosch service line. When I did I discovered the boiler was still under warranty until 2032 (we only purchased the property in 2024). What an honest person James is. Highly recommend!

We went to James because we wanted a local independent business to install our new boiler, and James came well recommended. Our property suffered storm damage during the lead in to the installation and James worked with us for over a year to insure his work was scheduled in with the repairs, he did this willingly, without fuss or hassle . We are very happy with James, our boiler and the help provided and recommend James without hesitation.

We had James in prior to Xmas 2024, mainly because our ancient central heating system was showing its age and needed updating. Together we came up with a plan to upgrade our system for a very fair cost and minimal intrusion. James is a very amiable character and we have known his family for many years. His reputation is excellent and his work ethics are superb. He arrives on time with his work mapped out for the time he is on site. As I have a disabled wife in the house , the planned work had to revolve around her quite a bit and James is very considerate. The whole job took just over two and a half days continuous work which included one late evening when his electrician was on site. This was not a problem to us. He worked tirelessly whilst here and obviously enjoyed his cups of tea, which we left for him to have as and when he was ready. On completion the house was left clean and tidy with just a few places that I agreed to touch up with paint etc. This was agreed at the start of the contract. The end result was we now have a new guaranteed boiler with a ten year warranty, very toasty rooms thanks to the updated radiators and controls . All in all a job extremely well done, thanks to James . I would not hesitate to recommend him. Very many thanks James. Let it snow now as we will be nice and warm. Ken Newman

10years ago James fitted a new boiler and pressurised water tank. I???ve just had new radiators and thermostats fitted upstairs.James completed the work so professionally and efficiently. All the carpets were relaid, rubbish cleared away and even holes in floors repaired. Just remember to keep the tea flowing. Thank you James, I have no hesitation in recommending you for any heating job.

We had our old boiler system replaced with a Worcester Bosh Boiler and new radiator fitted by James. Excellent communication at all times. James carried out all our work in a very professional manner & to a very high standard. Very neat & tidy when all work was being carried out. Would definitely recommend James to my family and friends as he did a great job. Thank you James.
