A huge thank you to everyone at MDB Gas for saving us. Our boiler popped and left us with no heating or hot water. They came out, surveyed and gave us a great price. I was cheeky enough to ask if they could replace all our radiators and they said not a problem. A huge thank you to Dean and the team at MDB Gas for helping with my mum and dad???s boiler. From keeping a 20 year old boiler going for them over Christmas to reduce the stress of having a new one fitted during the holiday madness, to replacing it at a convenient time for them. Picture the scene - a years planning for Christmas, family starting to arrive and pop the boiler goes and there's no heating or hot water - all this at 6pm on the 23rd Dec. Called MDB Gas and Engineer comes within the hour - expectations set! We need a part, 99% hopefully we can get it..8am 24th Dec Engineer calls and he's on his way. Starts his magic - but damn - still not working. Looks like we need another part - no problem - we get it and by 10am we are up and running and starting to feel warm again. Sometimes there are moments in life when you need to take a deep breath and appreciate what you have! I am forever thankful for the service provided my MDB Gas! Thank you!
