Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. Turned up on time, explained everything clearly, and carried out the work to a really high standard. It???s hard to find someone this reliable and professional these days. Have already recommend Ryan to my friends needing plumbing or gas work ??? will definitely be using again. ???????????????

I recently used RM Plumbing and Gas and was really impressed with the service from start to finish. They were quick to respond, arrived on time, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. The job was completed efficiently and to a high standard, with great attention to detail. What stood out most was their professionalism and honesty???no hidden costs, just straightforward advice and fair pricing. They left everything clean and tidy afterwards, which I really appreciated. I wouldn???t hesitate to recommend RM Plumbing and Gas to anyone looking for reliable and skilled plumbers. I???ll definitely be using them again in the future.

I recently had a new central heating boiler installed, and I couldn???t be more impressed with the entire experience. From start to finish, the team demonstrated exceptional professionalism. Every stage of the job was clearly explained, timelines were met exactly as promised, and the workmanship was absolutely first???class. What really stood out, though, was their courtesy. The engineers were polite, respectful of my home, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. They worked efficiently, kept everything tidy, and made sure any disruption was kept to an absolute minimum. Above all, the company???s customer focus was outstanding. They took the time to understand what I needed, offered clear and honest advice, and made sure I was completely comfortable with the system before they left. Nothing felt rushed, and no question was too small for them to answer. It???s rare to find a service that combines technical expertise with such thoughtful, customer???centred care. I???m delighted with the installation and would confidently recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and truly customer???focused heating service.

Another great job carried out today. We have used Ryan for several years now and have never been disappointed. He has done our annual boiler services, replaced a boiler and has refitted radiators for us. As always, exceptional service from Ryan. He is very professional, leaves no mess and does an excellent job every time. A shout out to Kirsty as well who is always pleasant/cheery on the phone. Would highly recommend.
