British Gas came out, opened the boiler up and immediately condemned it without checking a thing, few days before Christmas. Called up Matt to take a look who came out same day, disagreed with the diagnosis. Called GasSafe to confirm he is able to change the risk level and after confirmation re-instated. Repaired the fault (cracked some and replacement spark unit) and then helped me put in a complain to GasSafe and British Gas to get a refund, which worked! Couldn't think of a better resolution than that, above and beyond. Wonderful

Had a general boiler service done by Matt, got booked in very soon after reaching out and all done within a few days. Matt was great at explaining everything that could be wrong with the boiler, what he was doing, what it should be etc, which I really appreciated as a first time homeowner. All done within an hour. 10/10 recommend. Many thanks.

My gas engineer Matt did a sterling job removing the old boiler, and fitting an Atag boiler in different location in my kitchen. The pipework and soldering was skillfully and carefully done. The advanced features of the boiler were explained clearly and it was obviously taken from experience of the kit. Matt had serviced the boiler in my rented home for many years prior to me asking him to fit a new boiler in the home I now own. Highly recommended.
