Ethan was absolutely fantastic fitting our cooker. He communicated clearly what the price and process would be and completed work efficiently and to good quality.

Ethan came out to fix my boiler, as i had just returned from holiday to no hot water, he was very polite, clean and honest. He was able to come to my rescue really quickly, and had my boiler workin the second day, as he had to order parts. He gave me a price and stock to it, and saved me a lot of money. I would recommend him definitely.

One of the best experiences I???ve had with a gas engineer. Ethan took my call immediately and arranged to come out to help with our emergency issue. He arrived on site on the exact minute he mentioned and also charged the exact price he quoted on the phone. Very fair price for such a good service. My business will be using Ethan going forward.

Ethan came out incredibly quickly after I reported a gas leak and was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He remained calm, professional, and very understanding throughout the whole situation, which really helped put us at ease. He identified the leak almost instantly and made safety the top priority, thoroughly checking everything and explaining things clearly along the way. Once the issue was repaired, he made sure our boiler and cooker were both safely up and running again before leaving. Excellent service, very knowledgeable, and a real credit to the company. Highly recommended!

Ethan was professional, reliable, and extremely knowledgeable from start to finish. He arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and completed the work to a very high standard. It???s rare to find someone so friendly, tidy, and efficient. I???d highly recommend Ethan to anyone needing a trustworthy gas engineer and will definitely use his services again in the future.
