We purchased our fire and surround through Trafford Firesplaces, after visiting the store a few times before making up our mind (they have a lot of choice) Our fire was installed at the March and we are so happy with it, it's beautiful. Special thanks to Simon who initially came to to survey the fire and he also installed it for us too, nothing was a bother, polite and respectful and a good laugh a true credit to the company.

From first conversation to being able to light my own fire the service has been excellent. Helping me choose a wood burning stove to suit my home and advising on the correct wood to burn, this company seriously wants the very best for you as a customer. Fitting was also excellent and the chap worked hard to deal with the chimney challenges I had. I wouldn???t hesitate to recommend them all and when I am ready I will buy another for my dining room. Absolutely brilliant!

Just how we should be able to make a purchase. Perfect, all your staff totally committed to making the customer feel at ease. Great to deal with a team of people who really know their product and just how to deal with people. We could not have been better pleased. Thank you.

Very pleased with our Gazco HE Vogue gas fire. Chloe was very helpful and knowledgeable. Fitting by Simon only took half a day and there was no mess! Would definitely recommend Trafford Fireplaces

Just had our fireplace that we purchased from your showroom fitted. We are absolutely thrilled with the finished product which from purchase to completion took only four weeks. The communication between ourselves and the fitters in Glasgow was excellent, and the actual work undertaken by the two fitters from Glasgow was clean, and finished to a high professional standard with absolute minimum disruption to our existing decor. The fitters were courteous and they took great care cleaning up at every stage of the fitting. We would highly recommend your service. Thank You
