Just had a new boiler and radiators fitted. A thoroughly professional job from start to finish, carried out by knowledgeable and courteous staff. I have no hesitation highly recommending AFN Gas Services.

I have used AFM to service my boiler, and fix a radiator leak, due to the age of the boiler I decided to use them to replace the boiler. I found the company very helpful, all the appointments they arrived on time,. The team were very friendly and professional, I had spent a lot of years using British Gas with a service agreement, which the monthly cost was just going up and up. I would definitely recommend AFM for all your home boiler servicing and resolving any problems with your central heating system.

Dreadful experience. They cancelled our first appointment via voicemail and then didn't even bother to turn up on the day that THEY had changed the appointment to. We sat in from 11am waiting. 5pm we got a phone call saying they wouldn't be coming. Most unprofessional. They used to be a decent, reliable firm. Obviously not any more. Would never ever use again.

Sadly I have to give 1 star, there worse than cowboy builders constantly booking dates that they don't attend with no reason for not turning up, they turned a simple part change into 3 parts to end up frying my circuit board. We've been waiting nearly 2 months for this simple thing to be sorted. Ended up saying my landlord was torturing there boss. My landlord wouldn't have to torture you if you did your jobs properly.

When they fitted my new boiler 5yrs ago I had to get them back as they had put a nail through a wall and put pipes across my airing cupboard making it inaccessible. I recently got them to service my boiler which took 5 minutes; as the boiler is in the loft I didn't go to check the work afterwards as I trusted them, however, 2days later I noticed the loft window had been left open
