Excellent service from John. Work was carried out within the time scale we agreed, even though I asked him to do extra work while he was here. He was spotlessly clean and a bit of a perfectionist. Can't praise him enough.

Extremely efficient, very knowledgeable, really friendly and helpful, turned up very quickly assessed the problem, got us going temporarily and came back the very next day on time and had everything for my boiler to remedy the problem and give it a full certified service, AND left no mess for us to clean up after him. You just don't get this type of service very often today. I have absolutely no hesitation in suggesting that you use this firm for all your plumbing and heating issues, I certainly have now....

Absolutely fantastic service from John! We'd paid over the odds for a new boiler fitted 3 years previously, and had nothing but problems with it. After trying numerous gasmen to try to repair it, we found John - wish we'd have found him earlier! He found and fixed the problem - and we've had hot water and heating since! Put this man's number in your phone book - he's very knowledgeable, won't rip you off, and is a top bloke. He even came back a week later to make sure it was working well. Thanks, John - you're a star!

Absolutely fantastic!! John came out to have a look at our boiler at the end of the day as we thought it was going to be a simple gas certificate. Turned out the previous installer was a numpty and had completely bodged it. John stayed till nearly 9 o???clock getting it safe and putting it right for us. He really did go above and beyond for us. Wouldn???t hesitate to recommend and will be doing so to everyone I know who has boiler troubles!! Thank you so much
