From booking the appointment to completion of the job, the whole process was straightforward and stress-free. A replacement boiler supplied and install with a couple of new designer rads in. All flooring protected with dust sheets and a thorough clean up after. Will was punctual, courteous, and clearly experienced. I would not hesitate to use Chapeltown Gas again.

I have been using Jake and Will for over 10 years, ever since they installed my boiler, and I couldn???t recommend them more highly. They are always professional, friendly, and incredibly polite. Throughout the years, they have serviced my boiler regularly, and I have never had a single issue with their work. Their knowledge and attention to detail give me complete confidence that the job is always done properly. What really stands out is how respectful they are of your home. They always clean up after themselves and leave everything tidy when the work is finished. Reliable, trustworthy, and consistently excellent service year after year. Would definitely recommend Chapeltown Gas Services. I had no heating or hot water on a freezing morning. Called Chapeltown Gas and they had an engineer with us within a few hours. Problem fixed quickly and at a fair price. Highly recommended, both Will and Jake are reliable, trustworthy and fairly priced. They were both courteous and respectful when they entered my property.
