My toilet button broke and the valve went in the cistern and I knew no-one to fix it locally. I had to just use Google and get some quotes. Scott popped over the same day to take a look and provided a really good quote and came back the next day to do the repair. He had to pop out and get a part, didn't charge me for that! And then when it sprung a glitch later the same day, he popped back straightaway to try to fix it...which he did! I will be keeping his number and calling him first for my plumbing needs. Thank you for a brilliant service!

A great job done by Scott and John, they were very quick to respond to our enquiry. They arranged a few days later to install a new Worcester boiler. They were very polite and professional, the installation was very quick and left the job clean and tidy. We are very happy and would recommend the guys, Great quality of work and professionalism. Fantastic service from Scott and John responding to an emergency plumbing leak from our toilet through to our kitchen ceiling. High quality work carried out by very professional and well-qualified engineers who did not rush the job but installed a replacement boiler in a different position causing minimum fuss and disruption. A major project which was well planned and executed. I highly recommend them. We recently experienced a problem with the boiler. I contacted Vulcan at 8.45 am and by 9.15 am on the same day, they were identifying and solving the problem (a sticking valve). Excellent after-sales service. Superb and timely assistance provided by friendly and professional staff.
