Richard was easy to deal with. Good communication from my initial enquiry through to the final installation. He sourced the compressor quickly at a time when there was a significant shortage of them. All work was done with a minimum of disruption and very cleanly The Bosch air conditioning is quiet both in the house and outside. Very pleased with the purchase and we will definitely recommend.

Good experience from start to finish. Richard was very helpful at the quote stage. Answering all the questions I had very quickly. Installation was good with all mess cleared up. Would recommend Richard to anyone thinking about having Aircon installed.

Richard put our new boiler and radiators in with ease.He did a fantastic job running pipes from the loft encasing them and lagging them .Our new boiler is churning out hot water with ease and radiators heating at the touch of a button (wfi connected) although a big job richard made it look easy with his expertise and professionalism .Richard completed the work with little or no disruption re turning gas/ electricity off then replacing fittings with no mess at all .we would ( have ) recommended richard for this type of work and are pleased to have a plumbing service at phones length .friendly .curteous.respectfull .considerate quick and at a very reasonable cost .thanks richard for a good job and friendly advice .

We've used Richard a few years after having him install 2 new oil boilers. Always fantastic service and friendly and available for minor support queries. Even in emergencies which we had recently, was immediately out to us and resolved it all like a trooper. Would highly recommend!

Richard fitted an air conditioning unit in the bedroom. Would definitely recommend, all work was carried out to a top standard, he left no mess and worked fast & efficiently ????
