Just had a new boiler fitted by SK, Phil and the team were an absolute dream. He has also serviced a few of my boilers in my rental properties

Utterly unacceptable experience. This company has shown also trading as AB renewable solutions, lack professionalism and accountability. Despite multiple assurances that someone would call me back, to resolve issues, their communication is non-existent. To make matters worse, I submitted a formal complaint which they are contractually obligated???under their own complaints procedure???to acknowledge within 2 business days. It has been well beyond that timeframe, and I have received absolutely nothing. No acknowledgment, no update, no resolution. This isn't just poor service, it???s a blatant disregard for customers and their own policies. If a company cannot even fulfill its basic duties ??? like returning a simple phone call or adhering to its own complaints process ??? how can any customer place trust in them to deliver on more critical matters? I am left feeling ignored, undervalued, and completely dissatisfied. I am now forced to escalate this matter and will report the company to trading standards in the hope that someone within the company will finally take ownership and respond. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone.

I had my rubbish oil heating system upgraded under the ECO4 scheme. Communication was great, and Ralph and the team organised everything efficiently. The surveyor who visited was really thorough. The team who did the actual installation work worked so hard, completing the fitting of 6 solar panels, 9 radiators, the air source heat pump and water tank in less than 3 days. They were a great bunch of human beings. And it didn't cost me a penny!

I would like to thank Worcester for sending and recommending me contact for the ECO boiler grant. The company was Simp service's who were great in setting up a call and visiting for the work to be done. The work was completed 2 weeks ago and would like to thank Simp servcies inc Mark and i think James from Simp who installed the boiler. There are so many companies who are involved in the ECO boiler grant but i didn't trust them, so since Worcester had this option available it was no brainer and easy to apply thru their website so thankyou Worcester and the boiler installed was fantastic exactly what was needed and thankyou Simp services for an easy service.

A very satisfied customer. Phil, Jordan and Jamie spent 2 full days in my home. They stripped out old back boiler, fire, water tank and replaced with new combi boiler and all new gas and water pipe work and associated electrics. Could not fault them at all. Great workmanship and very tidy. Thanks lads and a big thumbs up for Simp Services and big thanks to Ralph. I would not hesitate in recommending this company, which I have done already. Very reasonable price wise too.
